  Ordered a gift on the May 2nd to be delivered on May 11th for Mother's Day. The basket just arrived on the May 14th, the day after Mother's Day. I can understand a day late, but 3 days I don't understand. It finally came right after I spoke with the company and the UPS driver says, "it looks like someone sat on it." The package looked like it had been thrown here and there, the cookies were all broken, thank goodness the wine survived. The only reason they get one star is because they did refund my money, but the money wasn't the issue. They say UPS doesn't guarantee delivery, so why are there different rates than? UPS says it wasn't shipped in time.
